There are all kinds of use cases that you may have for meetings that isn't covered by available HubSpot integrations. This is where we come in to enhance and levrage it's capabilities for your particular use case.
Current App Functionality
This is a simple app that creates a google meet when the property meeting_time is populated. It will then record the link to the meeting in the meeting_link property
This allows you to create meetings between parties, i.e. your clients, without tying it to a calendar (which would prevent the creation of multiple meetings at the same day/time).

This Service enables users to automatically schedule and embed Google Meet links within HubSpot records based on configured workflows and properties.
3. User Requirements
You must:

Have an active Google Workspace account to authorize Google Meet API access.

Have the necessary HubSpot permissions to configure workflows and properties.
4. Data Handling
This app accesses and processes the following data:

From Google: Calendar event creation and associated Meet links.

From HubSpot: Custom object fields for event generation.
We do not store or transmit personal data outside of your authorized environments. No data is stored on external servers.
5. Restrictions
You may not:

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app’s source code.

Use the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

Use the app for purposes beyond its intended use-case.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free performance.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the creator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
