Typeform
The native HubSpot integration works well to create contacts and connect Typeform submissions but there's still a level of work required to make the best use of this integration.
⇒ Set up full screen pages
⇒ Pull form entries into HubSpot
⇒ Generate HubSpot activity
⇒ Capturing activity in Google Ads
Full Screen Pages
Fully Responsive
Embedding your typeform into your own website in a full screen with responsive resizing depending on user device: desktop, tablet or mobile.
Property Mapping Direct To HubSpot
Maximum Compatibility
Connecting Typeform to Hubspot and ensuring your properties are correctly mapped across means you don't get swamped with random and unnecessary properties but also don't lose any valuable information.
Ensuring HubSpot contacts, companies and deals are appropriately synced also takes a little thinking through.
Mapping properties effectively to enable maximum time efficiency and allow for future compatibility in the event of changes or additions to your typeform answers.
Generate HubSpot Activity
Let's Do Some Business
Once you have your data in HubSpot, it's then time to take action.
You can do this directly from the Typeform submission or we can redirect them to a HubSpot meeting link. The contact details can be prefilled from the Typeform entry (so your customer doesn't have to enter them twice).
From here, we can then create one or more deals as appropriate, copying any or all of the typeform properties into the deal
Capture Activity In Google Ads
Setting Up Tag Manager
It's hard to capture this information in Google Ads because you're effectively operating outside of HubSpot norms. A good way around this is to set up Tag Manager. This has many of it's own advantages in that you can capture many more events that are sometimes Java reliant or blocked by ad blockers.
