VideoAsk Integration
The native integration has a fault in that it doesn't copy the entries across to HubSpot. This has been known for over a year but Typeform hasn't yet solved this. As such we built a new app that now does this successfully.
- automatically create HubSpot properties if they don't exist
- automatically create HubSpot contacts if they don't exist
- automatically update HubSpot contact properties with VideoAsk entries

Meetings / Google Calendar Sync
It's quite a limitation of HubSpot that google calendar meetings are not cancelled when you cancel a meeting in HubSpot. This means if a spot frees up for a valuable meeting, it can't be booked because it still shows as booked in your calendar. Likewise, if someone cancels a meeting via the Google confirmation email, this doesn' cancel in HubSpot. We built an app that handles both of these situations.
